Cetacea and IBM Sign Partnership Agreement

Cetacea (Cetacea Sound Inc.) and IBM (International Business Machines Corp.) have entered into a partnership agreement where Cetacea will provide manufacturing, installation and procurement services to emerging markets technologies.
