Service Centers

Cetacea currently has two full-service installation centers, Memphis, TN and Atlanta, GA. Convenient to major freeway intersections with easy access and plenty of parking, Normal hours of operation are 8am - 5pm M-F. Emergency and after hours service available 24/7/365. Cetacea Service Centers are a welcome change from the long delays at other facilities. Our service centers have long been recognized for our commitment to installation excellence and our famous one-minute response to repair services. Comfortable customer lounges with free Wi-Fi, and knowledgable, courteous staff make each visit to a Cetacea Service Center a pleasure.
